Do you ship worldwide?
Not yet — we're currently shipping within the UK only. International shipping is coming soon. Processing time is 1–2 business days, and delivery takes 7–11 business days once dispatched.
How will I receive my tracking details?
Your tracking link will be emailed as soon as your order ships. If it's not in your inbox, check your spam folder or email hello@allae.co.uk and we'll help straight away.
Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet we'll do our best. Email hello@allae.co.uk as soon as possible with your order number and we'll try to help before it ships.
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact. Email hello@allae.co.uk with your order details to start a return.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. If the item is available we'll arrange an exchange — otherwise we'll offer store credit or a refund.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us at hello@allae.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and we'll sort it straight away.
How do I care for my Allae pieces?
To keep your pieces lasting: Cold gentle machine wash or hand wash, mild detergent only, air dry flat — no tumble dryer, low heat iron if needed. Care instructions are also on each product page.
