Returns & exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please take note of the following guidelines:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and free from makeup.
- All labels and tags must remain attached to the product.
- For hygienic purposes we are unable to accept returns on underwear, socks, and accessories.
Email us at hello@allaebrand.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send return instructions within 24–48 hours. Please don't send anything back without contacting us first.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order — in which case we'll cover it.
Yes. If the item is available we'll arrange an exchange. If not, we'll offer store credit or a refund.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.
Contact us at hello@allaebrand.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and packaging and we'll resolve it quickly.
Items returned outside the 14-day window, or showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you. We also cannot accept returns on underwear, socks, or accessories for hygiene reasons.
